Thank you for shopping at Magywear. Our online store offers apparel thoughtfully designed to celebrate and support animal rescue. Each item is made with quality materials and carefully inspected by our Quality Assurance team before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

Return Policy Overview: While we aim for every order to meet your expectations, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please read this policy carefully, including situations where returns may not be accepted.

Order Processing & Cancellation: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Cancellations are only possible before the order has shipped and within the cancellation window shown at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have had tags removed cannot be returned. Products affecting resale condition are also excluded.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos before returning. Do not ship the item back until you receive confirmation from our team.

Return Process:

  1. Receive your order and identify any issues.
  2. Contact Customer Support: Email our support team.
  3. Confirm Return Eligibility: Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
  4. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide the correct return address after approval.
  5. Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided address and email us the shipment details.
  6. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: Returns due to personal preference or non-defective reasons require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Magywear will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after inspection. Once processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. All refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Important Notices:

  • Do not return items without authorization: Please do not send items back to the original shipping address unless instructed by our support team.
  • No restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to our error.
